MINI HOME MAKEOVER, PT.II

Custom framing with Framebridge

Where we get sappy, cry a little, and frame moments of our life together using Framebridge.

If we ever have our own HGTV show, it’d be a mix of what we’re calling, The Wonderful Guide to Procrastination, and our own spinoff series of Flip or Flop, We Don’t Know How to Flip, We Just FlopThe meaning: we excel at procrastinating in all forms, grade-A lazy bumpkins, but largely in putting off any and all necessary home makeovers.

So, here we go. We finally put more art on our walls. Everyone scream YAYAYAYA. And this time, it was personal. Not as personal as, say, date night at Round Table Pizza, BUT, personal in a memento, “we hoard everything” kind of way.

The problem: we’ve had multiple pieces of art on the walls, and art that we love, but at the end of the day, the pieces didn’t say much about us, as if we had been living in an art gallery, as opposed to a 12′ x 14′ studio home with an adorable kitten-cat named Thomas and an insurmountable amount of clothing.

The solution: frame “moments” by using Framebridge.

Moments of our relationship together. Moments of our life.

The first “moment” being a book of matches. A matchbook we took from Bar Marmont the night we first became boyfriend and boyfriend, four and a half years ago. And so, we framed that little matchbook in a gold Mandalay frame.

The four other moments, we’ll keep to ourselves for now 🙂 we need to keep SOME mystery. But, we’ll say, one of those moments had us really hungover. No, like, really, really hungover. Which obviously calls for a celebration AND a proper display of said hungover days, framed in a gold Richmond frame.

We worked with Framebridge for this mini home makeover, so here’s 15% off any first order to frame some moments of your own 😛 just use: YUMMERTIME15  The code is valid until 5/31/2016.
